July 5 to 13

We hung out in Auburn for nearly two weeks before Pete and I took another little trip to Atlanta (next post). We got into a nice rhythm of working in the mornings, while Pete hung out with a babysitter; then hanging out with Pete ourselves in the afternoons. We go to the library, or the pool, or putter around the house. It's too hot to go outside!

He loves Feenie, and Feenie is pretty tolerant of him for an old gal

The afternoon we returned from Minnesota. Pete was out.

At Sam's birthday party, with a baby (not Sam). Pete looked so big next to him!

Lulu came for the weekend

Not my finest parenting moment BUT Pete was sick and not eating anything. So strawberry frappucino it was!

He got to go antiquing with mom and Lulu

And meet kittens at a nursery

Lulu left, and our power went out. Pete and I went to the library to wait it out

He "typed"--really he was watching older kids on the other side of us. He screamed bloody murder when it was time to go.
