And then summer was over. Not in the temperature sense, because we live in Alabama, but in the school-started-in-the-middle-of-August sense.

My mom sent a truckload of furniture to us. Pete was asleep for most of it (shockingly) but he pointed to all the new pieces as he saw them.

We went out to dinner and a movie and Pete fell asleep during dinner. Basically, Pete likes to get paid to sleep. Indirectly, since we're paying the babysitter and not him, but the surest fire way to get him to sleep is to have a babysitter come over.
