Our shrine to Pete. When we ordered school pictures I assumed we wouldn't use the huge one, which was part of the package. But Mat insisted, and I have to admit it's pretty cute. (Also hard to believe that Pete went from that little baby to that smiling guy, hands on knees and everything.)

In our backyard. Dad was asleep. Pete's normal schedule is bed at 7, wake up at 5. (Yes, we've tried moving his bedtime later, we've tried everything.) Mat usually gets up with him, but today we were letting him sleep in a little.
