March 10 to 14 we made our annual pilgrimage to San Francisco to visit Auntie X. The trip to California was the first time Pete rode an airplane since he was weaned. I was a little nervous, but he was great!

On the Atlanta tram. We met Lulu and Poppy in the airport, but I had to park and get through security by myself. Pete is usually pretty good about staying in his stroller as long as we're moving.

Getting ready to go to dinner. The weather was chilly and glorious!

At dinner. Pete fell asleep halfway through. I tried to keep him up until 8 CA time, but no go. He was up at 4:30 the next morning.

A new friend

At the Monterey Aquarium, which was amazing and very crowded. I think Pete could have stood here forever.

He also could have stood here forever

At Foreign Cinema for brunch, where we also ate a great meal last year. Pete was so little then! Barely eating real food and not walking.

He got this brush from the Air BnB and would not let it go. Amazingly, it wasn't lost.

Lunch at a cool Italian place. Pete slept through most of it.

Holding Poppy's hand. Generally he declines to hold hands.
