August 6 to 14

We went to Northfield to visit family. Pete loves his cousins--is a lot more agreeable with them than with us!

This was so funny--Pete has started making intentional jokes. A few weeks ago Mat got up from his place during dinner and Pete got into his chair and wrapped his arms around Mat's bowl and said "mine" and when Mat tried to sit down Pete said "No, mine, mine," and laughed hysterically. Here Jason was trying to read, and Pete kept putting his feet on the page and grinning.

Getting his hair done by a professional. He sat really still during the entire process, but when we took him out of the chair at the end he sobbed and sobbed. I think he was overstimulated by the whole experience.

I love these. Mat took Pete out to breakfast.

We'd lent this to a friend, and we got it back on Saturday. Pete was really interested in it. Those thighs!
