August 15 to 24

A lot of pictures, mainly because Pete and I took a quick trip to Ocala last weekend and I sent Mat a bunch. School has started, and with it our routine, which I love. Summers are too much unstructured time for me! Our new routine: Pete goes to Grace on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 8-11:30. We both teach on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Mat in the morning, so Pete and I hang out at home until 9, when I take him to CDO (where he's been going all summer), and Mat picks him up at noon, after he's done teaching. Then they have been going to Chipotle together. It's the first time we haven't had any regular babysitting, and though it's a little hectic in the mornings (Pete isn't terribly cooperative about hanging out in our bedroom while I get ready) he likes CDO, and is around other kids, etc.

First day of school! There are two Korean kids in his class this year, which we're excited about. Auburn has an unusually high Korean population because there's a Kia plant nearby.

His new teachers are Mrs. Kim and Mrs. Lauren. Still getting used to calling adult women "Mrs. First Name"
