We began the month in Minnesota, ended it in North Carolina. It went..fast. The kids are in various camps and activities so we run around a lot, escorting them from one thing to another.

Hank with his old friend Ollie, who he went to Indian Pines with. Mainly when they happen to run into each other IRL they ignore each other (they're both shy), but Hank acted like Ollie was his long lost friend when he saw him at camp. This was at Hank's beloved soccer camp. He got Player of the Day and was so so excited.

Washing dishes, which is as helpful as it sounds.

My mom took the boys to get Crocs and Hank came back with...these. They light up and they double as a weapon.

Moving the furniture so Mat could paint while we were gone, which nearly killed him. Not the us being gone--the painting.

Pete wanted me to only show people the second one.

Grilling! Although the grill attracted a raccoon, which Mat then had to wage a war against (it left when Mat put the grill in the storage room).

This is the first summer that Pete has read independently, which is amazing.

And Hank is reading too!

Lee really loves to eat popsicles in the bath.

We went to a Korean restaurant 45 minutes away. There's a big Korean community in Auburn because there are Korean auto plants in Alabama and Georgia, each 45 minutes away from us, and a lot of families move here for the schools. This food was amazing and the place was filled with Korean men who had just gotten off their shifts.

We went to our second No Kings protest. Hank saw the crowd, and then we told him we had to park a little while away and he said "Are you kidding me with this?"

My dad called them Little Bolsheviks

Pictures from my mom to see if they could these. The Ollipop was fine, the Fanta was a no-go.
