We got a Peleton! I still use it almost every day. It's nice and mindless. Pete still gets on but he's a little too short to ride.

ree

Probably in bad taste to post this but we found him like this.

Pete's short-lived soccer career. During the first practice (above) he burst into tears in the middle of it and then got very upset on the way home because he "didn't get a medal."

At Destiny-by-the-sea. I don't like the beach, but Pete does, so we are a beach family now.

I don't have a picture of our captain, or even remember his name, but he was quite a character in a Florida-redneck way. I found him on a boat rental site. He showed up late with a boat that was reeking of alcohol; apparently there were some partiers on it before us. We passed a Coast Guard stand and he told us to say we were friends if we got stopped because we didn't have the proper licensing. Mat said the only person who could possibly hold to that was him, definitely not Donna or me or T-Dog. Maybe Xandra.

The blueberry muffins Pete requested for his Montessori celebration.

We had to say something Pete did for every year of his life. I was like uh, he...learned to walk and talk and use the toilet?

We went to the trampoline park with JJ and Paul for his party.
