March! It flew by in a blur. Except for the week of Spring Break, when my parents were gone and we were sick. That did not fly by in a blur.

I got rid of a lot of stuff in March (like everyone else, I'm trying to own less/take care of less, besides all the dogs and humans we have) but I did not get rid of this gem! We asked Hank who this was and he knew, but he also said Wuwu looked like a mail-man.

I took Pete to the Jule Collins Smith Museum during the terrible Spring Break week.

And Hank took a TON of pics on my phone

This is Pete's family portrait. I thought Hank didn't make the cut but apparently it was me who didn't make it. There was no room, Pete said.

We made brisket tacos and melted potatoes for St. Patrick's Day! It started out as a joke--I sent the recipe to Xandra and Emily, who is from Ireland--but they were really good and easy.

Sight words! I wanted to document what we spend a lot of time doing. Well, I guess not that much time but we try and do flashcards every night until Pete remembers them by sight.

Also during the terrible Spring Break week, when I was feeling better, I took the boys to Little Italy while Mat slept.

I forgot it was picture day. All the other kids are wearing smocked clothing.
