Donna often forgets to take her mask off. I have never, ever forgotten.

My cookies

Pete's cookies

Hank's cookies

First time at the beach. Unsure about the wind, unsure about the sand.

Pete LOVED the beach. Wanted to be out on the shore every single minute, collection seashells.

I went to North Carolina with Pete and my parents; Hank, who does not like long car rides, stayed home.

Halloween at Goli's. They were robots for school, as I don't think their more complicated costumes (scroll down) would have been appreciated.

We watched Edward Scissorhands in preparation for springing the idea on Pete. Afterwards, I told him he was going to be Edward for Halloween. He said huh, I don't know. He's weird. And I said no he's not! He's great! Weird is good, etc! And later, Mat took me aside and said, Anton, it's okay if Pete has complicated feelings about being Edward Scissorhands. It's not exactly a five year old's dream costume.
But I sold him on the idea with those scissor gloves.

Hank was an Edward Scissorhands-trimmed-hedge.
