Hank in his Naruto phase. He ate everything with chopsticks, and I mean everything. I drew the line at reading him Naruto books (very dense, very boring) but Mat took one for the team. Hank was devoted to Spiderman for the first two years (3-5?). Then he moved onto: Ben 10, Naruto, Minecraft. And now (Feb 2025, when I'm writing this) it's soccer. And soccer players, particularly Cristin Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. He and Pete play soccer with Mat in the front yard for hours every day.

We went to the Lion King in Atlanta with Poppy!

At Nobu Atlanta, which is a very clubby sort of scene, interrupted by us...

I had to document my Sprite Zero obsession. I quit, though!

Pete looks like a Communist spy

Hank looks like he needs his hair brushed...

I just had to document the one time our storage room was neat. Right after that we started ripping up the carpet and it became filled with crap again.

This was, I'll admit, a freaky thing.

Lee slathered aquaphor in her hair; then a "friend" put sand in it. So it was rough, hair-wise, for a few days.

I love Halloween decorations

I think this is Lee and Hank

At an equestrian event. All the sports teams have kids days, especially the sports that aren't as well-attended (everything but men's basketball and football).

She has a theme (and a lot of ear infections)

These are out of order, but when we went to Atlanta Lee stayed with her beloved sitter, Courtlyn, who used to watch baby Pete! She's been with us for a long time. They went to Starbucks, Chik-fil-a, and Target, where Lee got a Stanley Cup.

The next weekend Courtlyn took Lee and the boys to the pumpkin patch with her friend Sally, who also has a baby named Henry, called Hank

Okay, back at the equestrian event. This actually ended with a terrifying horse freak out (none of my kids were on the horses at that time) but it was FRIGHTENING--the rope fence got caught on a stirrup and the horses all flipped out, as horses do. It's a miracle no one was hurt.

Getting pictures taken; this is our vibe
